Here are eight cooldown tracks you might want to consider adding to the end of your next class playlist:

1. You Say:

With this song, Lauren Daigle manages to transcend the genre of Christian rock and relate to monotheists and atheists alike. The song’s takeaway centers around finding someone who believes in you. Whether that person is Jesus or your personal trainer, this song inspires you to believe in yourself. The soothing tempo and uplifting message make it the perfect song to end your class with.

2. Come Out and Play:

Billie Eilish wrote this song with her brother, Finneas, for an Apple holiday commercial with the theme of “Share Your Gifts.” In the song, Eilish sings sweetly, urging a friend to stop hiding and share their unique talents. The track is a heartwarming break from some of the delightfully nightmarish songs on her new record, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? And at a chill 73 BPM, the track is a good way to wrap up any fitness class.

3. The Bones:

As country music singer-songwriter. Maren Morris said, “A banjo or fiddle doesn’t make a country song; it’s the core-cutting truth that does.” In “The Bones,” that truth is that if the structure of a relationship is sound, it can withstand just about anything. Likewise, if your class has made it through the toughest parts of the routine, this song makes for a pleasant reminder that they might be even stronger than they thought.

4. Movement:

In this track, Irish singer-songwriter Hozier paints an ode to movement, with references to birds of paradise, Jonah in the ocean, and Fred Astaire in sequins. The song’s music video features multiple versions of Sergei Polunin, the “Ukrainian bad boy of ballet,” dancing in a moody, abandoned warehouse. The persistent beat throughout the track is similar to a steady heartbeat, making it an ideal way to finish off a dance class, a barre session, or any fitness class involving plenty of movement.

5. Beneath Your Beautiful:

This song by British musicians Labrinth and Emeli Sandé suggests you take it all off, but they’re not talking about your clothes. At 84 BPM, this smooth R&B call to vulnerability will help ease your class from peak poses to savasana.

6. Good Life:

American pop rock group OneRepublic released this track in 2010, and it has since popped up in everything from movie trailers and TV shows to Disney parades. The song reached No. 8 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100, but perhaps more importantly, the song was listed as one of the 15 Best Whistling Songs of All Time by Rolling Stone. With a takeaway of appreciating the things you have, this track will have your class winding down in relief and asking themselves, “What is there to complain about?”

7. Cassini's Journey:

This instrumental track by Dan Morris will make you feel like you’re stepping out of a refreshing, modular ocean of sound waves. The looping, relaxed tune is perfect for wrapping up any yoga, Pilates, or barre class.

8. Ambient Atmospheres:

This whimsical instrumental track was created by Nu NRG, a trance project between two Italian DJs and music producers, Andrea Ribeca and Giuseppe Ottaviani, who met in 1999 and collaborated until 2005. Their entrancing music feels like the soundtrack for someone walking through a fairy-infested forest and makes for a good cooldown track for any yoga or barre class.
