· 5 Minute 12 Seconds STEP NOW (Cooldown) - (45 Minute Class):
· 5 Minute TABATA NOW (Warm-Up)
· Minute 30 Seconds STRENGTH NOW Block (3 Tracks)
· 10 Minute 35 Seconds HIIT NOW block (2 Tracks)
· 13 Minute YOGA NOW Block (2 tracks)
Keep in mind, these blocks can be used differently from what they are labeled.
Feel free to use the formatting for the timing structures but play around with creating your class exactly how you want it!
