The industry’s top Group Fitness Instructors agree that songs with tempos between 120-140 BPM are ideal for fitness motivation. That’s the pace we typically associate with popular dance music, and it’s also the rate of the average person’s heartbeat during routine exercise.

1. "Money"

Cardi B’s latest single, “Money,” released in October 2018, celebrates financial security in the most opulent way imaginable. With imagery of leather pajamas; big, fat checks; and diamonds on her neck, this song is motivation to be bad in the best way. In addition to the radio version, we have two different remixes of the song, an EDM and a drum-and-bass version, both at 130 BPM to keep you flexing.

2."7 Rings" 

“7 Rings” is the spoiled lovechild of The Sound of Music’s “My Favorite Things” and The Notorious B.I.G.’s “Gimme the Loot.” This Ariana Grande single, released in January 2019 before flying to the top of the Billboard Hot 100, was inspired by a shopping trip to Tiffany’s with her girlfriends, where she bought each of them a ring in a champagne-induced celebration of their friendship. 3."1999"

 “1999” is a tribute to everything that made Charli XCX who she is today. 4. "Are You Gonna Go My Way"

5. "Happy Now"

The song’s music video features a virtual reality dance-off, providing more than enough inspiration for your next Zumba class. 8. "Never Be the Same"

Camila Cabello’s dark pop track about addictive love was released in January 2018 as part of her debut studio album, Camila.
